NEDBANK INSURANCE - NOT RESPONSE
We had a geyser burst last July, eventually everything got sorted, ceilings, floors and painting, but the carpet that was laid is substandard. Since the carpets were fitted the vacuum cleaner is constantly having to be emptied. In fact my very expensive Dyson, is now broken and I have had to buy a new cleaner. The carpets constantly look like they are shedding, very tatty looking, the container needs emptying every second day. I have been complaining to Nedbank insurance who sent out Crossley carpets who said this was normal. The representative took photographs and said that he would investigate. Yes we got a reply, they did not test the carpet that was laid in my house, no traceability proven, although I offered to give them an offcut. THis was the most expensive carpet the supplier had to replace my very expensive carpets. Nedbank stated they would reply , in fact the email from Sanette Marx darted the 19 March, said shortly, wow almost a month with constant prodding an nothing. The carpets are a disgrace, I want Nedbank to inspect the carpets and tell me they would be happy!!!!
