Nedbank Insurance not providing clarity on a claim

I was involved in an accident on the 1st of May 2023, I submitted my claim and it was approved, I struggled to get the settlement letter from the bank that financed me. Meanwhile it was a struggle, I was busy paying my monthly installments on the car and insurance. Now that I got the settlement letter four months letter, I am asking Nedbank Insurance what will happen to the installments I have been making on my car and insurance policies months after my policy was approved. Will I get a refund or not? I am not getting an answer, All they want is me to to is sign the approved claim form which clearly state that anything monies not stipulated on the form are waived. Is that fair?
