Nedbank Insurance must be the most inefficient in the business

Nedbank Insurance aren’t interested in retaining clients. A homeowner insurance will be better serviced through a broker who has a vested interest in retaining clients. I’m surprised that Nedbank Insurance, with their cumbersome processes, inefficient call centre, ******* artists posing as service providers and general bad service, are still in business.
