Nedbank insurance lack of service

C*** Logged claim 5 December for home insurance and still nothing has been done. Continuous follow up calls and emails and no response. My damage is severe and I’m open to the river that leaves my life at danger. I’ve escalated it and explained the severity and urgency in fixing it. Up to now - NOTHING from Nedbank insurance.
