Nedbank Insurance is unprofessional and treat their clients unfairly.

My car have been write off on the 12th of October 2023. Tried getting in contact with nedbank insurance from the 13th id October 2023 with no luck until their consultant transferred me to the Direct Independent Brokers on the 23rd of October who also transferred me to the Nedbank insurance Vehicle Debt Protector and I was assisted Amogelang Matlala, where I sent all the relevant claim documents on the 24th October 2023 and again as per her request on the 2nd of November 2023. I have been following up on the claim with no luck.

Nedbank Insurance is not treating me fairly and failing to attend to my claim for almost 3 months now.
