Nedbank insurance is *****ulent

Nedbank insurance is a ****. I called informing them of my gas stove that stopped working. They then logged the claim as apparently a storm damage which is not true. Then they refused to send an assessor or repair company for this claim if I don’t approve that the stove be assessed on a Sunday and agree to a lie that this is a storm damage. I’ve never had a pleasant experience with them, they are ****mers.
