Nedbank insurance is a waste

My partner was driving my vehicle and was involved in an accident.i submitted a claim with nedbank and it was a nightmare from the start of the claim.The investigator was bias and look for every excuse to decline my claim.When they found that I had a legit claim they wanted an accident reconstruction expert which seems to be nedbanks way to find a fault and decline your claim. Nedbank service is the worse as you have to keep calling and following up on your claim and the people at nedbank always do not know what's going on. My vehicle was towed and when it got to the auction yard,nedbank called me to show the investigator how to start the car.when I got to my car their were thngs ****** from my vehicle and my vehicle was not starting. Now Nedbank is refusing to assist with this matter as I said I will not be taking my vehicle back till the stuff that was ****** is replaced and my car is starting. If you value your vehicle and want reliable insurance,do not use nedbank as they will find every means not to pay.
