Nedbank Insurance is a ****

Nedbank insurance is a ****! Since my vehicle incident on the 8th December 2024 my vehicle has not yet been assessed. Yesterday I decided to track my vehicle via BMW APP which led me to Sandton BMW. Nedbank claims department called me last week and told me that BMW was busy assessing my vehicle and will give me a report today. That was a lie.

When I followed up on the assessment report with BMW I was told that my car was just dumped there by a tow truck, no one told them what was wrong with the car. A company called Renewit dumped it there. I told them I am the owner and what happened, it was only then that they booked it for assessment. The insurance is nowhere in the picture. If I didn’t go there God knows for how many months my car was gonna be there for without being attended to. Almost 2 months my car has not been assessed.

Nedbank has being giving me hassles firstly with registering the claim, it took 4 days. Courtesy car I had to fight before getting it after 6 days. You must fight in order to get feedback. Why should we be treated like this when we pay for these services.
