Nedbank Insurance is a ****

Ignored by Nedbank insurance for 2 months after I put in a claim ,I now believe they are taking advantage of my age as I’m 22 black guy and have no knowledge when it comes to insurance , they gave me a courtesy car and terminated the contract with Europcar without letting me know now I owe Europcar. My car was written off and they didn’t bother to contact me to tell me, I had to call them , since I put in a claim on 13 February 2023 I’ve never received even one call or text from them , I asked for help from Management and they said they’ll call , it’s been 3 weeks no call . When I call as soon as I say my ID number they hang up. I am being treated like **** I wish I knew this is how they treat they clients.
