Nedbank Insurance inefficient

On 3/6/24 a tornado storm ripped through our house. We have excessive damages. Insured with Nedbank and our claim is not yet resolved. The Assessor was rude, unprofessional and very insensitive despite him seeing how traumatised we've been. It's not everyday that we have a tornado storm. This is our first experience in 36 yes of living here. It's over a month and we living in a very dusty environment due to the damage to our property. I now have been wheezing due to the dust, debris and stress. I would not recommend Nedbank Insurance to anyone. Go with a company that efficient and gives you prompt service. Nedbank offers a settlement that doesn't cover half of the repairs. Very disappointed with Nedbank insurance.
