Nedbank insurance incompetence

I haven’t been battling 3 week’s now that Nedbank’s insurance come repair my damaged water pipes between my 2 bathrooms. I’ve been without hot water for this period. Got the plumber to comes after a week and they broke into the wall to expose the leaking pipe. They were to submit a claim. Since this I have been phoning the insurance almost every seconds day today get them to have this repaired. I registered the claim on the 17 May 2020. I’m currently still without hot water 5 July 2020. Every time I phone they say it’s sorted. I’m still waiting for the plumber
