Nedbank Insurance has let another client down !!!!

Good Morning Nedbank Insurance

Please can someone tell me how you vet your contractors on your panel . My geyser burst a few months ago and my house ceilings was damaged by water. The contractor came our replaced geyser and ceilings . Geyser installed perfect , ceilings installed by person who does not know how to measure nor use a drill .I put all the below details on the survey from contractor and have never received any feedback.

Description Of Issue: Every downlight was drilled randomly and fitted to ceiling . Maybe this is some new style Im not aware off or clearly your contract was on some sort of Hallucinogenic. The contractor further went on to cut/shave into 38*38 baton that supports the ceiling to fit one down light thus weakening the structure also make my house susceptible to fire . I am really shocked

NB: Now please convince me why I should ever use Nedbank contractors to fix anything !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Absolutely pathetic I honestly don’t have words for this sort of workmanship.

Spoke to Nomzamo at Nebank insurance advised me that she cant see anything wrong with Images of my bathroom ceilings...really disgusted.
