Nedbank Insurance Group

Guys stay away from Nedbank Insurance Group more especially their Home Content cover. Claim for a tv in October till today no feedback. When you call to make followup, their call center agent says they are waiting for their Managers decision.

After almost a week hearing the same response. I then asked for a Manager cos been days, when she answer my calls she says my line is bad and hang up. Always!!
