Nedbank Insurance Failure to respond to emails

Extremely disappointed with Nedbank Insurance failure to answer emails. I have emailed them more than once about a policy update to ***, received an automated reply promising a response within 6 hours, but I NEVER get a response from them. This is totally unacceptable!
