NEDBANK insurance

Hi I had claim in 2018 with Nedbank Insurance and according to my knowledge all exclusions were lifted at the time.

Unfortunately I had another claim for another issue and told that the exclusion still stands.

I have sent emails and called the complaints department as well as insurance and not getting any help.
