Nedbank insurance

I am actually disssapointed with the way Nedbank is handling my claim. I have been laid off since July not receiving a cent from my employer yet nedbank is expecting part payment from me.They claim that their insurance does not cover 100 percent when you are on short time, lay off etc. The only instance that they will pay full installment is when you are retrenched. Nedbank insurance advert is misleading on their website.
