Nedbank Insurance

Called 3 times to get my policy amended and no one could assist i was put through from one call to the other with out assistance

kept calling ***it goes to a voicemail that says I have contacted Nedbank outside of office hours and its 09H20

for a major bank like Nedbank I'm appalled
