Nedbank Insurance ****

Recently with the heavy constant rainfall. Our property was severely damaged structurally which caused damage to the Built in Cupboards, walls and door. I notified Nedbank who is my homeowners insurer. They sent 2 contractors. Both were shown the damages. They even took pictures of the damages. Today i got a call from Nedbank saying that my claim is rejected as their contractors report no damage. I had no idea that my monthly insurance contribution goes towards blind contractors (who did not even look competent). This is unacceptable and i demand that Nedbank sends out qualified contractors to re-evaluate the damages. There is obvious damage resulting from the heavy rains. I have taken pictures of the Damages
