Nedbank insurance dont care about people they care about money on their side

Today marks 3 full months with the claim i had on the 24th of March 2023,its still unresolved situation and i must run after the insurance personel. Their communication is the worst. I pay their premiums every month with no hussle now 1 leak that damaged alot of things in my house they tell me they are investigating it, they send contractors to take pictures and leave without a word.
