NEDBANK INSURANCE DOESN'T PAY OUT

I was retrenched and app**** for my credit card insurance to cover the costs of payments into my credit card. This was approved and I have the email correspondence. However months later, not ONE CENT has been paid into my credit card. I am getting threatening emails about being black listed and my card is currently suspended. I AM DISGUSTED. I HAVE PHONED AND EMAILED REPEATEDLY ABOUT THIS ISSUE AND I HAVE HAD NO SUCCESS AND NOTHING HAS BEEN PAID OVER. SORT THIS OUT IMMEDIATELY.
