Nedbank Insurance does not make things happen!
I regret the day I left King Price to join Nedbank Insurance. On the 2nd of June I registered a claim after an accident left the front bumper of my car with a minor damage. The claim process was very difficult as I could not get through over the phone, but eventually I was able to register the claim after several hours, phone calls, emails and even sending DMs to the Nedbank Twitter account to assist me. After I did the damage assessment on the 6th of June there were no proper updates or feedback on the claim until it was approved on the 27th of June. I took the car to the repairer on the 29th of June and it has been there since that day but they have not started repairing the car. I have been told by the repairer that the delays are due to Nedbank Insurance advising them not to use OEM parts on the car and they cannot find those parts anywhere. Not only is Nedbank Insurance making me suffer by not having a car for almost a month, but they also want to use non-OEM, cheap parts on my beloved car.
