Nedbank insurance, disgusting client service

Disgusting client service from Nedbank insurance company. I have been battling since November 2020 to get a fair settlement from nedbank after my property was damaged from a hail storm. I have been with nedbank Since 1998 and this is the first time I'm claiming against property damage. I DO NOT recommend anyone use nedbank.
