Nedbank insurance department non-responsive

The Nedbank insurance department is the worst department I have had to deal with at Nedbank, I submitted a life cover policy document they requested on the 25th of April and till today there has been no feedback or a response from them. I tried to call them yesterday and their phones were not going through, I contacted Nedbank through Twitter but there has been no proper feedback, I managed to get through to the Nedbank insurance telephone line (***) this morning but the lady I spoke to told me she could not assist me and told me to send an email. I am now left with no option but to go to a branch in order to get assistance!
