Nedbank Insurance Debit Order Not resolved

Nedbank Insurance service is driving me crazy. I took up insurance with them 2 months ago, 1st premium was prorated, 2nd premium was over priced with an additional +/-R240. I have been asking for a refund since the debit order date 25/07/2025 and have been sent from pillar to post. Every time I phone I am being told a different story. Can someone get to the bottom of this ASAP.
