Nedbank Insurance Customer Service non existant

I have been with Nedbank for many years and in all this time have always had issues when dealing with the Insurance side, I finally got so fed up that I moved my Insurance to another provider, but now after numerous phone calls and several emails to multiple people I just can't get them to cancel my policy with them, its been months of struggle but failing to get anywhere, just no one wants to assist, this is costing me unnecessary money. Surely they can't keep ignoring my request to cancel.
