Nedbank Insurance cover the worse service

I repeat again, do not take the insurance cover. They certainly benefited on my monthly premium and when it is time to pay off a claim and they will find a reason not to. Firstly, it was my TV, the TV fell cracked the screen and refused to pay off because my policy doesn't include Accidental cover. Lol. Secondly, my microwave that stopped working and the technician claim that it was damaged by the ****roach. Lol. They refused both of my claims.
