Nedbank insurance complain

Greeting, I have lodged my claim on the 25 September for the accident that happened on the 23rd. As for today my car it's just seating with them. They have appointed an assessor who gave them the report and now they are not taking the assessor recommendation. They are now saying they want a specialist and from my understand the appointed assessor also used his specialist.

My main concern is they have been keeping my car with them for a month and one week and I do not have another alternative transport.

Every time the consultant tell me I should wait for 24hours and they have been saying this for about 25days.
