Nedbank insurance claim process

Very bad claim process being experienced, I send emails to the consultant and no response since last week.

Vehicle had minor issues to be attended to and could have been fixed within the 30days of courtesy car rental but now we are alsmost two months nothing is moving, I only get told on a next step that needs to be done when I phone or go to the repair companies myself.

Very frustrating for someone who has never missed a single premium.
