Nedbank Insurance Claim Incompetence
I logged an URGENT home loan claim on Mon…called them again yesterday & still to date nobody has called or pitched to asses and my entire is exposed and no security at all! Maxine assured me yesterday service provider would call and attend to it yesterday! I am NOT paying their blady access and I WANT my claim attended too!

My garage door is wide open and I live on a busy road…if any of my vehicles are ****** or as much as my charcoal take I will hold you ALL responsible in a court of law! This utterly UNACCEPTABLE and shows absolute negligence on your part to protect my property let alone our lives. Nedbank has show UTTER disregard for my submitted claim…service provider and yourselves have still not made contact after my timeous attempts to follow up on my claim! You all better pray nothing goes missing and we safe!
