Nedbank Insurance claim

Afternoon All

I’m currently looking for assistance I have a car insurance with Nedbank P12PL***4, the car got into accident on the 24/04/2023 from that day I tried all method of communication but I couldn’t got assisted until I went to the Nedbank waterfall mall branch in Rustenburg on the 26/04/2023 where the branch manager put all effort for hours until I managed to receive the claim reference number ***. Till today their phone keeps ringing they will transfer you the whole day
