Nedbank insurance claim center poor service

I called the Nedbank claims department on 19 December 2019 and reported my two Air conditioners pc board blown. On the 20 December 2019 I received a call from Digicall advising me that all their assessors are on leave I should get an aircon company in my area to give me a report. I did get two aircon companies to come and give a report and I forwarded it to Digicall. I never get a response from them until I called Nedbank claim center then I was advised to send the quotation to Nedbank insurance. I sent it to Nedbank insurance I did not hear from Nedbank or Digicall after that. I called Nedbank Claim center today the 6th of January 2020 to check whats going on left a message for the manger Terren Bower to call me and ask if they could come and do the assessments on the 7 January 2020. All the Nedbank and Digicall staff are so unprofessional they don't care about the client's they never call you back and keep you in the loop about your progress. I am a Nedbank client for over 30 year's with the ****py service I received during this past 3 weeks from staff up to management and for insurance that I pay it's really disgusting. Why do we pay insurance for peace of mind so when we have a problem we know that professionals will handle our queries. Service in South Africa is gone to the dogs big companies like Nedbank have so unprofessional people working for them. They don't realize that it's the customer that pays their salary. Nedbanks CEO Mike Brown needs to know the ****py service his clients receive. The manager incharge of the claims department Terren Bower was covering up for her staff as a manager of Nedbank she has no ethics and the vendors appointed to do their job want to do it in their own convenience. From the 19 December 2019 up until today 6 January 2020 I was the one calling them. So sick of this ****py service from Nedbank...I am considering transferring my bond and the rest of my accounts to FNB.
