Nedbank insurance brick & water

Nedbank insurance - brick & water. I have a huge problem with them we called them about a pipe leaking in our garden, they did send useless service provider, didn’t know what they were doing. Since Tuesday we’ve been calling Nedbank insurance, all promise to come back to us, even received a o/no .. no response nobody has come back to us.
