Nedbank Insurance

Nedbank Insurance is the worst possible non service delivery department to deal with.

I have canceled my insurance with Nedbank effectively from 31 January 2026 with the supporting emails and they go and cancel my insurance effective 11 January 2026. Only to send me communication that they did not receive my premium for January on the 13th???

Proof was emailed to them that their premuim was paid in December already.

Nedbank Insurance is the WORST NON service provider in the market.

Request was made for them to refund my pro rata amount from my premium.

Will see what transpire from this.

Glad I moved to an ACTUAL insurance company with customer service.
