Nedbank Insurance - Bad service - Stay away from Nedbank

In December 2020 we had a huge storm in Boksburg and we had structural and water damage to our home. I have register a claim through Nedbank Insurance. It took the assessor of the bank to come and have a look at the damage to my home more thank a month. In the meantime I had to fix some of the damages myself. Later in Feb the assessor came. Still today i have not receive any feedback from Nedbank. If you phone them they cut you off and never phone back. they are quick to do the debit order a month but when it comes to service its non existing. I have never had such bad serves in my life, but what is one customer to Nedbank, nothing, they have so many customers. I would not recommend Nedbank to nobody. the word customer service does not mean anything to them. BAD BAD BAD BAD. Stay away from Nedbank
