Nedbank insurance bad service

They are ******** people out of money You call out for a Geyser problem and they don't check what could be wrong They just replace stuff and leave. They were called back for same issue on the same day and replaced the thermostat again. Next day they were called out again for the same problem and dug a whole in my floor breaking my tiles. Fix the leaking and leave me having to pay another R500 excess fee besides previous days R500 I had to pay for half a job.They received a R500 for doing nothing and want another R500 for actually doing something. So not on!!!!
