Nedbank Insurance: Awful service, missing representatives.

Home insurance customer for my home loan.

I have been trying to get a claim paid for two months. Cannot reach my designated agent I have to keep calling every week, only to have agent go through the same processes. I have submitted everything they need. Nobody calls me back or sends me email updates. No amount of escalation has worked. Agents are unable to connect me to more senior figures, instead promising to get back to me and then never do.

I'm considering moving my home loan to a different bank.
