Nedbank insurance are a#holes

Nedbank insurance for homeowners cover is a complete waste. People please if if you bond with nedbank do not use the homeowners cover. Rather use another underwriter. December 2024 i had two claims regarding roof issues and a building crack that seems to moving over time. In a nutshell Nedbank as usual rejected the claim and i tried taking it up by complaining and still dissapointed. Eventually in June, the property had a clogged pipe, Nedbank refused once again to cover but sent a plumber on call out for short assistance. All those 3 faults i had to fix on my own cost. Eventually Tshepiso Letuka sends me an email that the policy is being cancelled duento uninsurable risk. I have called multiple times since 22/12/2025 and requested for my call recordings an for an underwriter to call me to explain what exactly it is. No one has called. It take one ****ing year for nedbank to decide the property is uninsurable. I dont understand what was the point of me paying one years premiums. These guys will rip you off!!
