Nedbank insurance and telesure investment holdings.

I was insured with nedbank for my jeep wrangler. I got hijacked on the 17th of March 2024 on my way to see my mother who was terminally sick at that time,God rest her soul, unfortunately the service book and other documents for the car were inside the car because I have more than one car. I filed my claim and I was investigated by a gentleman called hardus Liebenberg from Telesure investment holdings. He rejected my claim because my jeep had engine problems in 2021 and they don't have proof that it was fixed, mind you I joined nedbank insurance in 2023 and I explained to them I fix my own car but I do take it to service so my service book can be stamped and before that I was using MFC total loss insurance. Secondly when they he asked for my phone details from cell c it said I was at home in Delmas during the time of the hijacking. I queried the issue about my cellphone location and he came back to me and told me the location was not confirmed yet he added the information in order to reject my claim.

In response to the rejected claim, I went back to nedbank to explain my situation which is: since 2021 I have had about 5 cars, which for my side hustle I buy cars, fix them and sell them. So mostly I drive project cars, I drove the jeep once or twice in a month just to keep it moving atleast once a month, secondly I have fixed the jeep myself and I have added timing tool for the engine which I used to work on the engine, Esp for jobs like changing timing belt and overhauling the engine. I sent pictures and videos which I got from a friend I visited in 2022 and 2023,Ned bank rejected the pictures because they were sent via WhatsApp so the pictures didn't have the original dates. I sent also I swon affidavit which included the details of the police officer so they can call to confirm if I was at the police stationat the time when the cellphone location said I'm home. Nedbank rejected the affidavit because they said anyone can write an affidavit but the main aim of the affidavit was to show them that I went to the police station to open a case soon after I got hijacked.

Nedbank then told me to speak file a complaint with telesure investment holding and this was the 20th of August 2024.

I went back to. My friend and asked him to upload the pictures on Google drive so they can have the original name they are saved as so it can show the dates the pics where taken.

Tshepo Malope from telesure was the agent who's suppose to help me. I sent him the link and sent him all the other details I sent to nedbank and I sent him the link to the Google drive of my friend so he can view the pictures. He said I will get a feed back within 15 days. I've sent him emails and tried to get hold of him by telephone but haven't been successful.

So now I'm not getting any response from Tshepo or telesure investment holdings. As I said I've tried to get hold of them but no luck. What's even more annoying is everytime I call them they tell me they don't work with nedbank insurance.

I would highly appreciate a response from telesure so I know If I'll be paid or I have to take further steps.
