NEDBANK INSURANCE AND CAR HIRE EXTENSION

Why do one has to pay for insurance monthly without even having your car with you? I did a claim with Nedbank insurance, had to take courtesy car because i need a car to travel to work. Yes it is 30 days for rental car, but insurance is taking time to give feedback on authorisation for the panel beater to go through and orders the parts needed.

They do not want to extend my courtesy so i can be able to go to work whereas they are taking time to give authorisation for additional parts. And again yet still paying for insurance even though i do have my car. How on earth is that possible????
