Nedbank Insurance - Absolutely Useless (please do not use them) Stuck without a phone for 3 weeks now because of them

Worst Insurance company i have ever dealt with after the claim for my phone was submitted they said they would deliver on friday i had someone waiting the entire day they didnt pitch they then come on the monday without calling so theres no one at home long story short over 2 hours on the phone and countless emails they deliver a card for me to use thats valued at less than the phone they then delegate where the card can be used at their "Preffered suppliers" i have now wasted an additional 2 days on the phone and in and out of stores because the card is not working and they cant tell me what the problem is all of this while im stuck without a phone. Service and level of incompetence is absolutely shocking im now waiting 2 days for the expedited matter to be resolved . utterly useless never use them
