Nedbank insurance a nightmare Before claim stage .

What a terrible service Nedbank contact center is- I have contacted their call center the entire day on the 17/08, left emails and no one has called me back - their consultants transferred me from dept to dept and kept hanging up . i had to use my airtime to keep dialing them and still no assistance . Today no one has contacted me .

Nedbank - please cancel my policy .I would hate to be insured with you .
