Nedbank Insurance a joke

After countless calls and being taken from piller to post while call there network nothing still has happened just that I continue to be **** at that my claim has been processed and will be paid soon, and that they will communicate. But that's all lies, Nedbank is quick to take your money unapproved even but when it's time to pay it back they playing hide and seek, what a joke.

My experience has been very disappointing and disheartening given the tough economic issues we face.
