Nedbank Insurance a circus

2 weeks ago I registered a claim for my gas-hob which blew up in my face. A week later Digicall submitted the reports, photos and quotation from their service provider. Nedbank Insurance only then realized that their agent wrongfully registered the claim and reregistered my claim and now requests a COC for the previous installation which was over 7 years ago by also one of their contractors. That contractor never supp**** a COC. Above all we can’t get this issue resolved.
