Nedbank insurance

I have an insurance with Nedbank and they are partnered with roadtrip shuttle services. Our banking experience is are maxing but our benefit under them with roadtrip is nonsense. I would book my trip during for evenings and their drivers would arrive 45 minutes later with a tale to tell. I was late for my event and I was collected even later from it. In my view Nedbank should cancel the benefit because it's useless. I might as well use Uber. Mind you if the driver arrives on time and you are delayed the driver can leave you behind yet collect 1hour 15 minutes later than the time I requested. Roadtrip will the downfall of Nedbank onsurance
