Nedbank Insurance

I am not happy with Nedbank I cancelled my insurance a month before and these ******* still managed to debit my account, when I requested for my refund they kept putting me through different agents who can't even pronounce words properly. I was then told to wait another month and when I called on the exact date nobody received the refund request. I waited almost 2 months for my own money!!!!! SUCH ****MERS.
