Good day. Good day our geyser burst end of January. Volschenk plumbers came the Friday to fix it after my husband arranged with them to move geyser out. Nothing was arranged propely. Monday we hadcto put in leave again. They came with guys to open the roof for the pipes. The geyser was installed but the roof wasnt sealed off. They didn't arranged for the electrician to come and do the wiring while the roof was open. The electrician came that night ad heped us out by doing a temp connection that we can bath. The 5th of Feb the electrician came to do the wiring. He open the roof and only sealed it half way cause it start raining. He came on the 18th again to finished the wiring and to seal roof again. Its not the electricians work and roof is still leaking from the first time they worked on the roof. Our carpet is wet. The door is damaged. Its raining the whole week so its wer on wet. We contacted Nedbank how many times. Even the roof guys with no success. Roof guys dont answer his celphone. Nedbank said we have to pay an extra access for the carper and door. For what??? Its not our fault! If Nedbank cares about there clients they would have sort out the contractors that is on there panel.
