Nedbank insurance

Nedbank insurance worst insurance ever when you have to claim. I've logged my claim on the 3rd of June even today I have not received any feed back. Been calling since Monday and they were telling me that Rerandzu will contact me before end of business till today iam still waiting for a call. Spoke to Asanda Ngolo yesterday she promised to get Rerandzu to call me. Iam so disappointed at them I regret switching to them
