Nedbank insurance

Nedbank home owners insurance with poor service, logged a claim for my garage motor. Nedbank send out a assessor he test power to motor and decide it not working due to age. According to date on rail it looks like is was installed 2015 so only 5 years old, claim rejected. Had to get digidoor accredited tech out on my cost for second opinion, he does proper testing and board seems is the problem. Lighting or power failure the probable cause, loadshedding a everyday thing not much we can do to prevent and that is why we have insurance. Documents submitted 2 days later no feedback. Claim going on for 14 days.
