Good day

I just feel like Nedbank does not care about their clients at all and blaming me for my mom's death.

My late mom had policies including a current account with Nedbank.

My mom passed away 01/03/2024 due to Natural Causes.

Policy could not be paid out due to 6 months waiting period, which is supposed to be waivered (non-negotiable) in the event of a natural or unnatural death.

I submitted documents to Nedbank Insurance including invoices that proves I paid out of my own pocket to ensure my mom is buried with dignity and respect but refused to look into it.

I am writing this review because I'm not happy with the service I received from Nedbank Insurance as well as the Nedbank Funeral Claims department and I require this matter to be looked into.
