NEDBANK Insurance

Just a heads up. Don't move to NEDBANK Insurance. I actually don't know what the Service is like, as you can NEVER get hold of anyone in the Claims department. Been trying for 2 days now to log a Claim for a Vehicle, but still no response. Tried using a different options like Emergency, still no response. Tried ALL the other options available on the Automated Line, but no one answers........EVER.
